Cefmof will be at Jyväskylä Business Investor Day 2025
Jyväskylä Business Investor Day will take place on 31 July 2025 at Sataman Viilu in Jyväskylä. Haruka Arai, Executive Director of Cefmof, will join the event as one of the juries to seek startups that are investment-ready and provide innovative solutions in the fields of sustainability, carbon neutrality, performance, and well-being.
About Business Investor Day
The event is designed to support the growth of early-stage companies by fostering meaningful connections among startups and accelerators. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the event will feature pitches from eight curated startups seeking seed, alongside insights from leading investors.
The event brings together business angels, accelerators and early-stage companies to foster meaningful connections and support scalable growth.
The judging panel is looking for investment-ready startups to pitch at the event that offer solutions for sustainability, carbon neutrality, performance and well-being, and have
- An innovative business idea that is scalable and applicable to more than one market
- Evidence of customer traction and a dedicated and competent team
- The ability to attract the attention of angel investors (you can bring a current investor to the pitching event along with the startup team)
- Clear request for investors to attend and why this is an opportunity not to be missed
The winner of the Investor Day will be judged on presentation quality/personal impact, clear vision, market position, financial projections and business plan.

The application period depends on the following two methods:
1. Direct application for the Business Rally Investor Day via Dealum for all companies around the world. Application period is open until 1st of June, apply via Dealum!
2. Business Rally Shakedown May 23rd at the Startup Factory – pre-screening for Jyväskylä-based companies. Two companies will be selected from the Shakedown. More information from mika@yritystehdas.fi
